Stability AI CEO Emad Mostaque has resigned
Stability AI CEO Emad Mostaque has resigned following quarrels with investors and waves of senior staff departures. Late last year, the company was under pressure from investors to sell itself following its financial position. Emad Mostaque is now currently focused on solving the problem of concentration of power in AI.
Tim Cook says AI is the key to fight climate battle
During an event in Beijing, Tim Cook emphasised that AI “provides an enormous toolkit for every company that’s wishing to be carbon neutral or to lower their emissions by a substantial amount”.
AI can help businesses calculate an individual person’s carbon footprint, identify materials available for recovery and offer strategies for recycling.
Boom Supersonic completes it’s first flight
Boom Supersonic is a Y-Combinator backed aviation startup which aims to make world’s fastest airliner has completed it’s first flight XB-1 also called “Baby Boom”. The startup was founded in 2014
